Bringing A Campervan/Caravan to JoeFest?

Because of space limitations you will need a permit to bring your van this year.

This year’s JoeFest is going to be the biggest ever, with 1,000 people joining us on the Stourton Estate across the weekend.

Because of this, and because we’re required to keep tents and caravans/campervans separate on the campsite for safety reasons, there is a limit to the amount of space we are able to dedicate to vehicles on the JoeFest site.

For this reason we’ve decided to introduce a system of permits for caravans and campervans on the JoeFest campsite. By having bookable spaces, we can avoid having to turn people away on the day because too many vehicles have turned up.

Nobody will have to leave the house wondering whether or not they will be allowed to take their campervan on site.

Also, more importantly, we can make sure that JoeFest remains a safe environment for everyone across the weekend.

How do I get my campervan/caravan pass?

Campervans and caravan passes are available from the JoeFest ticketing page.

We have decided to charge a small fee of £9.99 (plus a small booking fee, which we have no control over) for permits, to deter speculative bookings.

Permits are limited, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Of course, you might prefer to enjoy the festival from the comfort of our luxury arboretum glamping experience.

Please note that, as with previous years, campervan/caravan pitches do not come with electrical hookups or chemical toilet disposal points.
